Where do you ship? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on orders that meet the qualifying amount. The free shipping option will appear automatically in your cart when eligible.
What is your return & exchange policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact us at support@iewteg.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.
Are your products covered by any warranty? Many of our kitchen products come with manufacturer warranties. Please check the individual product page for specific warranty details.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
